Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Description
Matter Health, based onsite in Nashville, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across clinical, operational, and corporate roles. This role centers on partnering with hiring managers to build high-performing teams while curating a thoughtful, candidate-centric hiring experience as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for clinical, operational, and corporate positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, design recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing process updates.
- Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and other creative channels.
- Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct recruiter phone and video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews while ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, source effectiveness, interview conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting marketing, networking events, and career fairs.
- Partner with the People Operations team to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and the overall hiring experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across healthcare, operations, corporate, or other professional positions.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Experience using an ATS to manage recruiting workflows and candidate pipelines.
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.

- Within 6 Months: Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
- Within 12 Months: Consistently deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Within 12 Months: Drive improvements through recruiting metrics and process optimization.
- Within 12 Months: Help scale Talent Acquisition as Matter Health expands into new communities and markets.
- Within 12 Months: Serve as a trusted partner within the People Operations team and contribute to the organization’s long-term growth.
