Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role at Reyes Holdings focuses on delivering end-to-end recruitment services and partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to design and drive effective hiring strategies. This position serves as the primary contact for both external and internal candidates and supports high-volume field, exempt, and corporate placements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to design and drive recruitment strategies, serving as the primary point of contact for external and internal talent.
- Oversee the full lifecycle recruiting process to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
- Partner with managers to understand role requirements, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and apply innovative methods to attract top candidates.
- Evaluate recruiting performance by analyzing metrics across sourcing, postings, and overall full-cycle activities.
- Maintain a service-oriented approach while managing high-volume field, exempt, and corporate roles and building robust talent pipelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience.
