Job Description
Based in Beachwood, Ohio, Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruitment across the Ohio market. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with strategic candidate sourcing, aimed at building strong pipelines, accelerating offers, and decreasing vacancy rates. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with three on-site days each week, supporting the organization’s goals for timely, high-quality staffing.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives, ensuring alignment with quality metrics and organizational goals.
- Collaborate across teams and departments to support recruitment initiatives and reduce vacancy rates by sourcing and hiring quality candidates.
- Execute recruitment plans for assigned areas, employing innovative strategies to attract highly skilled caregivers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, drive the offer process, conduct pre-closing activities, and support ongoing sourcing and pipelining efforts in line with SLAs.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, and applicant tracking system management.
- With support from the Talent Acquisition Advisor, report on recruitment progress, metrics and pipeline development.
- Create, track and monitor quality metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to promote teamwork, consistency and process improvement.
- Participate in Level 1-Tiered Huddle.
- Serve as an internal consultant to enterprise managers, providing guidance on staffing, training and counseling related to Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment events and community activities to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all systems and technologies required for efficient recruitment operations and compliance.
- Track and prepare timely reports on new caregiver status, HR appointment readiness, attendance, missing documents and clearance requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely communication with candidates and new caregivers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Engage in cross-team collaboration to support organizational initiatives and maintain consistent recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in human resources, recruitment or related Cleveland Clinic experience with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generation/innovation, and leveraging networks
- Or an associate degree with four years of experience or a high school diploma/GED with six years of experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Superior organization and analytic skills with attention to detail and quality; ability to develop pragmatic solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools
- Experience handling confidential human resources matters

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system; some roles may require travel to other locations, including international travel

- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including delivering training in person and virtually
- In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00; Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50. The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after considering factors such as work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range does not include applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime) and does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (healthcare, dental and vision).
