Job Description

General Motors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process & Enablement Lead to shape how talent is sourced and integrated across the company's global recruiting operations. Based in Warren, Michigan, with remote flexibility, this role focuses on driving process standardization, enablement, and efficiency across GM's Global Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management efforts for talent acquisition initiatives, including developing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, producing training materials and quick reference guides, and tracking adoption.
  • Identify automation opportunities and process improvements, leveraging technology to reduce manual work and increase productivity, and support the optimization of the TA toolset to meet hiring needs globally.
  • Plan, execute, and launch process and enablement initiatives, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training sessions that equip recruiting teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge required to operate consistently and effectively.
  • Provide data-informed recommendations and continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness across the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related function
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience with change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development
  • Proficiency with Workday (ATS) and other applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and operational recommendations

Salary: USD 88,100 - 140,700 per year
