Job Description

Build recruiting impact across Life Sciences. As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Caris MPI, Inc., you will help recruit, select, and support the development of talented and diversified professionals for Caris Life Sciences. This onsite Texas role combines strategic sourcing with full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt openings across multiple locations and lines of business, while delivering a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

What you’ll do

  • Directly source, recruit, and coordinate placement of top talent to support leadership needs
  • Source and support both exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Develop new and creative sourcing approaches to identify qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, guide the recruitment process, and share market trends
  • Collaborate on offer strategy, including salary recommendations, total rewards, and closing approaches
  • Provide a concierge-level candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding
  • Coordinate on-site interviews with the leadership team and complete follow-up as needed
  • Manage multiple job requisitions at the same time across various metropolitan locations
  • Participate in the full cycle recruitment process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and practices

What you bring

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on strategic recruiting
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting across several disciplines, such as Life Sciences, Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, and related areas
  • 2+ years using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruiting support
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with teams and leaders
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building talent pipelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word, plus working knowledge of Internet tools for business use

Preferred and growth areas

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in a process-driven environment
  • Ability to proactively problem-solve and manage open positions with strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong organization across multiple tasks and projects while maintaining delivery timelines and quality, even during high-pressure situations

Working conditions

  • Onsite in Texas
  • Willingness to work shift work and overtime is required
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods; repetitive motion ability required
  • Crouching and bending may be required when retrieving files
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
