Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
Real Cold is seeking an onsite Talent Acquisition Partner in Polk City, FL to own full-cycle hourly recruiting and build strong, compliant hiring pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Review all new applicants within 24 hours and promptly disposition candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates via phone calls, text messaging, email, and social media
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication throughout the process
- Extend employment offers and manage pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding obligations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and position requirements
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting activity, candidate pipeline status, and hiring progress
- Maintain accurate, timely candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
- Prepare and distribute weekly recruiting reports to leadership
- Conduct outreach to temporary associates eligible for conversion and work with operations leaders to identify conversion opportunities
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified hourly talent in competitive labor markets
- Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, community events, workforce development programs, and industry networking opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, universities, technical/trade schools, military transition programs, and workforce development organizations to support early-career pipelines
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities including career fairs, classroom presentations, internships, and apprenticeships
- Partner with community organizations, workforce boards, veterans’ organizations, and local employment agencies to expand sourcing efforts
- Support employment brand promotion through social media, recruiting campaigns, and community engagement
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication, professionalism, and consistent follow-up
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and reduce time to fill
- Support special recruiting initiatives, workforce planning projects, and People Operations programs as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred); equivalent education and experience may be considered
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hourly recruiting
- Preferred experience recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or industrial environments
- Experience using an ATS and HRIS
- Preferred experience with college recruiting, workforce development programs, and community outreach
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting principles, practices, and sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment and hiring, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, OFCCP, and applicable hiring regulations
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and recruiting metrics
- Understanding of recruiting best practices, candidate engagement, and employment branding
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- Familiarity with social media recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Instagram, Facebook
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, and community partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Ability to proactively source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Customer-service orientation with a commitment to positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Self-motivated; capable of working independently and collaborating within a team
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and hiring priorities

- Ability to review and disposition applicants within established service-level expectations
- Ability to travel to company facilities, career fairs, colleges, workforce agencies, and community recruiting events as needed
- Occasional availability outside normal business hours to support hiring events and career fairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
