Job Description

This hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner role in New York, NY provides a clear path to influence hiring across functions, backed by a competitive compensation range of $66,300 - $85,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. Location: New York, NY (hybrid). Experience: 2+ years in full lifecycle recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of job requisitions across functions and levels (e.g., Finance, Corporate, Analytics, Media Planning, Biddable Media, etc.)
- Source and engage with active and passive candidates, both local and remote
- Utilize various job platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and the Horizon Media Career Page
- Review employee referrals, partnering with other Talent Acquisition members to identify next steps
- Lead candidates through the recruitment process from recruiter phone screens through interviews, negotiations, and hiring
- Partner with hiring teams to ensure timely candidate feedback and navigate sensitive conversations when appropriate
- Prepare hiring teams and candidates for interviews by educating on process and best practices, and maintaining accountability for all steps
- Influence and guide key stakeholders in nuanced conversations with candidates using recruitment expertise
- Proactively seek ways to improve Talent Acquisition and Interview processes, assisting with new processes alongside managers and leaders
- Maintain up-to-date candidate notes and details across platforms
- Provide biweekly status updates to hiring teams on open roles and candidates
- Ensure a positive and streamlined candidate experience throughout the life cycle
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on overlapping roles and process improvements
- Work with Talent Acquisition Leadership, Community Talent, and People Generalists on staffing needs
- Partner with HR on initiatives and projects while maintaining close communication with hiring managers
- Engage with Talent Acquisition leadership as needed and seek guidance proactively
- Participate in internal learning and development opportunities such as GoLearn
- Attend weekly Talent Acquisition meetings to share learnings and iterate on processes

- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter for posting, searching, sending InMail, managing projects, and maintaining candidate notes
- Comfortable negotiating candidate salaries, start dates, and other terms when extending offers
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is highly beneficial but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) on a daily basis
