Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Gensler is an onsite role in New York, NY, offering a salary of USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year. The role emphasizes candidate experience, internship and campus recruiting, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional talent acquisition teams to provide a consistent, high-touch candidate experience.
  • Support intern hiring, participate in recruiting events, and assist with campus engagement initiatives.
  • Recruit for roles across Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, IT, Finance, and other operational functions.
  • Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews using Avature Scheduling; work with Studio Coordinators and Executive Assistants to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Maintain external recruitment posts and contribute to strengthening the employer brand.
  • Assist in developing new tools and workflows to enhance candidate experience and ensure compliance.
  • Draft offer letters and monitor the approval workflow.
  • Support talent market research related to competitors, talent pools, and compensation data.
  • Organize student tours and shadow programs to strengthen early-talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong commitment to data confidentiality.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology; Avature experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational understanding of HR policies and practices.
