Job Description

Adapt Integrated Health Care in Roseburg, Oregon is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to identify, recruit, and screen candidates while guiding applicants and managers through the hiring journey. This onsite opportunity offers a competitive compensation package and a strong benefits program designed to support employees and their families.

Salary: USD 47,000 to 63,000 per year. This role also includes comprehensive benefits designed to support health, financial security, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with directors and hiring managers to define the responsibilities, duties, and qualifications for each vacancy
  • Identify and cultivate potential candidates, including proactive sourcing and building a network of industry professionals
  • Oversee and document the recruiting lifecycle, from screening and interview coordination to candidate selection, compensation review, and offer presentation
  • Advise the hiring team on final selections and provide guidance on compensation aligned with internal equity and compliance requirements under OEPA
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear updates for all applicants and documenting progress in the ATS
  • Verify candidates’ references and credentials, confirm experience, and gather pre-employment and onboarding documents
  • Maintain compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity laws and related regulations, documenting processes in the ATS
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the employee experience by engaging with staff and participating in projects to measure and improve EE initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or recruiting
  • Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is preferred
