Job Description
Join the Talent Acquisition team as a strategic recruiting partner for specialized professional and sales roles across Michigan (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales recruiting including targeted sourcing strategy, engagement of passive candidates, interview coordination support, offer execution, and onboarding support
- Serve as a consultative talent advisor to sales leaders by sharing market trends, talent availability, compensation insights, and sourcing recommendations
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on search strategy, set expectations, and shape a candidate experience that fits the pace and professionalism of a sales environment
- Drive the offer process using a sales-minded approach by collaborating on salary analysis, presenting competitive proposals, negotiating effectively, and closing top talent
- Use recruiting data, conversion metrics, market feedback, and pipeline activity to identify opportunities, adjust strategies, and improve hiring outcomes
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-performing sales talent through proactive outreach, relationship-based sourcing, networking, and ongoing engagement prior to role openings
- Create collaborative, customer-focused partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to keep searches aligned, transparent, and moving forward
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and pipeline activity to support compliance, data integrity, reporting, and a seamless experience for candidates and internal partners
- Contribute to recruiting initiatives and business projects aimed at improving sales hiring effectiveness, strengthening processes, and supporting broader talent acquisition goals
- Expand your sales talent network and recruiting expertise to stay connected to the market and strengthen candidate relationships
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience working through the full cycle recruiting process
- Deep understanding of talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Proven record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across a range of functions and levels
- Ability to manage a requisition load and pivot to changing business needs on short notice
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Utilization of recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive sales candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment for quota-carrying roles, and building pipelines that meet hiring goals
- Experience using Workday, Indeed Sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Schedule / Shift
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Work Environment
- Currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel is specified by leadership for meetings, collaboration, or team-building activities
- Remote work is subject to change based on amendments or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy
Compensation
- $95,000 - $110,000 per year
Compensation note: ACG provides a market-competitive structure of fair, equitable, performance-based pay. A geographic pay differential is used as part of the base salary compensation program. Salary offered is determined based on these and other factors associated with the job and job level.
