Support Center Recruiter
Job Description
As a Support Center Recruiter at CAVA, you will help shape the hiring experience for corporate Support Center roles through full-cycle recruiting. Partnering closely with hiring managers and People & Culture, you will source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and support smooth onboarding transitions while building scalable talent pipelines. This onsite role in Washington, DC supports a best-in-class candidate journey from first contact through offer.
Role Overview
You will manage end-to-end recruiting for Support Center positions, using recruiting metrics, assessment tools, and a mix of sourcing channels to improve both hiring quality and speed. You will also track and report on key performance indicators and contribute to recruiting initiatives and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment lifecycle for Support Center roles, including phone screens, candidate assessments, interview scheduling and coordination, and partnering with hiring managers for offer decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies such as social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
- Use company assessment tools to support quality of hire and alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics using HARRI and other recruiting tools.
- Maintain an expectational, positive, and engaging candidate experience with clear, timely communication for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with People & Culture and onboarding teams to support a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on recruiting industry trends, labor market insights, and recruiting best practices.
- Support special projects including interview training, referral programs, DEI recruiting initiatives, and system upgrades.
- Represent CAVA at local job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities as needed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience filling high-volume, multi-location leadership roles.
- Ability to advise and influence operations partners throughout the hiring process.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with HARRI is a plus.
- Passion for identifying great talent and building meaningful candidate connections.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for events and market support.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to maintain stationary position to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and assess details.
- For certain positions, ability to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.
- Ability to constantly reposition and move as needed to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: USD 85,000–100,000 per year.
