Staffing Recruiter
Job Description
Assisting Hands Home Care seeks a full-time Staffing Recruiter on-site in New Cumberland, PA, with hourly pay ranging from USD 16 to 18, to recruit, hire, schedule, and support caregivers while delivering excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end caregiver recruitment: source candidates, conduct interviews, screen qualifications, and onboard suitable caregivers.
- Perform reference checks and maintain accurate hiring records.
- Coordinate caregiver and client schedules to ensure reliable coverage.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure outstanding service.
- Support caregiver retention through engagement, coaching, and timely follow-up.
- Ensure compliance and maintain personnel records in line with policy.
- Assist with caregiver orientation and on-site training as needed.
- Provide support to caregiving services when necessary to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to uphold high-quality care and consistent staffing coverage.
Requirements
- Experience working with seniors or individuals needing assistance in a caregiving setting.
- Background in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, human resources, or healthcare is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus.
