Sr. Recruiter - Regulatory

Design Group is hiring a Sr. Recruiter - Regulatory for an onsite role in Philadelphia, PA. This position supports hiring needs by managing key steps in the recruiting process, including candidate screening, testing coordination, and employee onboarding.

In this role, you will help ensure that regulatory-focused recruiting activities move efficiently from applicant review through onboarding, supporting a consistent experience for employee candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, coordinate testing, and provide onboarding for employee applicants.
