The role focuses on sourcing candidates for truck drivers, dispatchers, logistics coordinators, fleet managers, and warehouse personnel, leveraging social recruiting and relationship-building within the transportation sector.

  • Salary: USD 50,000 – 70,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run social recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and industry forums
  • Source, screen, and engage transportation professionals for open roles
  • Craft engaging job ads, videos, graphics, and recruitment content to attract candidates
  • Oversee company recruiting pages and bolster an online employer brand
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for drivers, logistics staff, and related transportation roles
  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries via social channels, messaging apps, and email
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as applicant flow, engagement rates, and hiring outcomes
  • Participate in virtual and in-person job fairs, transportation industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company hiring policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or social media marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and recruitment advertising tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously
