Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lead full-cycle hiring efforts onsite in Virginia Beach while supporting compliant, data-informed recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while representing LifeNet Health professionally
• Support candidate engagement and help position LifeNet Health as an employer of choice
• Manage and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies
• Ensure hiring activities follow OFCCP guidelines
• Optimize performance and workflows in the applicant tracking system
• Educate and collaborate with hiring managers on selection processes
• Mentor and support new Talent Acquisition staff
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
• Contribute to long-term hiring strategies, including salary determinations and offer negotiations
• Maintain confidentiality and continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring standards

Requirements

• 5 years full-cycle, client-facing recruiting in a corporate environment OR 5 years HR experience with 3 years full-cycle client-facing recruiting in a corporate environment
• 1 year training and development experience in a corporate environment
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or an equivalent credential
