Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end-to-end recruitment activities, handling sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, offers, and reference coordination with onsite duties at the Lomira, Wisconsin office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition from initial sourcing through onboarding tasks
  • Identify and hire qualified candidates for open roles
  • Obtain the necessary approvals for candidate consideration
  • Conduct prescreens and formal interviews with applicants
  • Prepare and extend employment offers
  • Coordinate reference checks and related pre-employment steps
  • Address additional pre-employment tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or four or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or a combination of both
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all management levels and a self-motivated approach
  • Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity policies
  • Valid driver's license appropriate to the vehicle types you may operate and an acceptable driving record
