Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end-to-end recruitment activities, handling sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, offers, and reference coordination with onsite duties at the Lomira, Wisconsin office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition from initial sourcing through onboarding tasks
- Identify and hire qualified candidates for open roles
- Obtain the necessary approvals for candidate consideration
- Conduct prescreens and formal interviews with applicants
- Prepare and extend employment offers
- Coordinate reference checks and related pre-employment steps
- Address additional pre-employment tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or four or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or a combination of both
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all management levels and a self-motivated approach
- Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and exceptional written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity policies
- Valid driver's license appropriate to the vehicle types you may operate and an acceptable driving record
