The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate role is an onsite opportunity in Englewood, CO with a focus on managing high-volume recruiting across multiple locations. The position emphasizes targeted sourcing, AI-enabled recruitment efficiency, and coordination with broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to support staffing needs across multiple locations.
• Lead targeted sourcing to identify qualified candidates and move them through to hire.
• Support strategic recruiting projects and align recruiting activity with departmental objectives and broader HR goals.
• Use AI and advanced sourcing platforms to improve recruitment throughput and efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal teams and external candidates through timely follow-up and responsive urgency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations.
• Proficiency with a professional ATS and internet sourcing platforms.
• Ability to interpret recruiting data to strengthen strategies and improve efficiency.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
