Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vaco LLC is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Birmingham, AL. This position supports end-to-end recruiting and provides a compensation range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits. What you’ll do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and share market insights with hiring leaders.
• Ensure hiring processes align with employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or technical positions.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
