Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for non-dentist roles across 27 locations, reporting to the Chief Talent Officer. This onsite/hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ offers a salary of $80,000–$85,000 per year plus full benefits; bilingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all non-dentist roles across 27 multi-state locations
• Write and post compelling job ads across job boards, social media, and our ATS
• Proactively source and build pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and skill
• Partner closely with location and regional hiring managers to define needs, calibrate, and move candidates quickly
• Extend and negotiate offers, and close candidates
• Ensure a clean, well-documented handoff to HR for onboarding
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other metrics, and report progress to the Chief Talent Officer
• Deliver a fast, professional, and welcoming candidate experience that reflects the Risas brand

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally high-volume and/or multi-location
• Healthcare, dental, retail, or services industry recruiting is a strong plus
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill roles at pace
• Comfort managing many open reqs across multiple markets simultaneously
• Strong hiring-manager partnership and communication skills
• Experience with an ATS and modern sourcing tools
• Highly organized, self-directed, and metrics-minded
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus given the communities we serve
