Job Description

Majestic Care seeks a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to design and execute a data-driven talent strategy across its regional communities in Westfield, Indiana, with a hybrid work model. The role partners with regional and community leadership to align workforce planning with census, acuity, and growth objectives, building pipelines, improving retention, and ensuring staffing readiness for Majestic Care communities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and community leaders to craft workforce and hiring plans aligned with census levels, patient acuity, and growth initiatives.
  • Provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies, labor trends, and talent market conditions.
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership on hiring decisions, candidate evaluation, and workforce challenges.
  • Drive innovative sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, online platforms, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain networks of passive candidates for future hires.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across the assigned region.
  • Screen and interview management-level candidates; advise leaders on selection best practices.
  • Coordinate high-volume recruiting for clinical roles with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
  • Implement local and regional employer branding initiatives to boost candidate engagement and awareness.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and healthcare training programs.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with consistent updates and compliance, ensuring effective use.
  • Monitor candidate experience to ensure timely communication and a positive hiring journey.
  • Oversee job postings, requisitions, and workflow accuracy across assigned communities.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, turnover, and non-start rates.
  • Leverage labor data on vacancies, overtime, and variances to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead or participate in staffing calls with community leaders to review turnover trends, hiring pipelines, interview outcomes, non-starts, and retention risks.
  • Train and hold community team members accountable for ATS usage, recruitment processes, staffing documentation, and reporting.
  • Onboard HR CTMs remotely, including all pre-hire screenings.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Support initiatives to reduce vacancies, agency usage, and overtime costs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare hiring regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in long-term care.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Strong team-management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with candidates and leaders.
  • Associate degree in human resources or related field; a BS is preferred.
