Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
This role supports the organization’s hiring strategy through end-to-end recruitment execution, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for approved requisitions, including candidate sourcing and screening
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, referrals, outreach platforms, community partnerships, and recruitment events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align role requirements, interview expectations, and selection criteria using approved job architecture and hiring guidance
- Maintain accurate, current requisition and candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure recruitment activities follow EEO requirements, employment laws, and internal policies
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related human resources function
- Healthcare, education, nonprofit, or other regulated environment experience preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Required clearances:
- Act 73 FBI
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance
