This onsite, Toledo-based role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across the US and Canada for high-volume field-based roles such as installation, direct sales, on-location marketing, and field canvassers.

Responsibilities
- Translate talent needs for the assigned area into a timely, results-driven staffing plan with clear action items
- Create inventive sourcing strategies using traditional networking, grassroots efforts, paid digital advertising, and social channels
- Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and identify top candidates for a wide range of front-line field positions
- Screen, evaluate, and follow up with candidates on requirements and onboarding logistics, including equipment needs and W2 or 1099 status for Leaf Home
- Interview candidates at the local field office to assess fit for respective requisitions
- Manage applicants and provide weekly recruitment status updates to the business unit, team lead, and manager
- Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting calls to prospective candidates and businesses
- Collaborate with management, peers, and HR colleagues to ensure consistent policies and practices
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or as a headhunter
- Experience supporting multiple business units in non-exempt level recruiting
- Proficiency with recruiting software and platforms such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and various applicant tracking systems
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and shift focus to meet stakeholder needs without dropping commitments
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a practical, hands-on approach
- Self-driven, accountable, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical thinker who can connect ideas, evaluate arguments, identify inconsistencies, and solve problems
- Customer-focused communication that is timely and empathetic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)

- Normal office environment, with offices in Hudson, OH or Toledo, OH (onsite)
