Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Manager)

The Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Manager) position is a hybrid role supporting Foshee Residential Management Company by identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting activities, manage candidate experience, and use recruiting metrics to support hiring goals.

Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Role Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter), you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates while coordinating recruiting efforts from job opening through hiring. The role includes managing recruiting metrics and ensuring an organized, positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Craft job descriptions and job postings aligned to candidate needs
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
• Manage job postings across external job boards, social media, and the ATS
• Stay engaged with hiring managers to support ongoing talent needs
• Coordinate with hiring managers to support first day readiness
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain timely communication and provide feedback during selection stages
• Represent company culture and values during recruiting activities
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries
• Proficiency in talent acquisition tools, including ATS
• Experience in campus recruitment
• Knowledge of employment and labor law
• Exception communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Driver's License
• English (Required)
