Recruiter/HR Coordinator (Bilingual spanish/english preferred)
Job Description
This onsite role focuses on delivering comprehensive recruiting support, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help drive recruitment efforts, coordinate new-hire processes, and contribute to HR programs. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. The position is based in Rome, GA, and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and craft targeted recruitment plans.
- Identify candidate pools through job boards, social networks, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Perform reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and new employees transition smoothly.
- Assist with new hire orientation sessions and communicate essential information on policies, benefits, and culture.
- Support employee relations by handling inquiries and facilitating timely resolutions.
- Assist payroll administration by ensuring accurate processing of new hire paperwork, I-9s, and related data.
- Support benefits enrollment and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
- Assist with performance review cycles and employee recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidential HR records and ensure documentation meets legal requirements.
- Provide support for HR projects including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics focusing on recruitment, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Three to five years of proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, sourcing methods, and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Solid organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
