Recruiter

In this onsite Recruiter role in Hatfield, PA, you will run full-cycle hiring for Laboratory Testing LLC by sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating talent across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate recruitment records and track candidate progress
• Create and execute targeted sourcing plans using internet recruiting and staffing services to support diverse talent pools
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting programs to build an ongoing talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and relevant market trends
• Manage contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to support short-term and project-based staffing demands
• Ensure recruitment activities follow employment laws and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Successful recruiting experience for skilled labor
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with at least two years hiring skilled trades or technical roles
• Working knowledge of staffing services, technical recruiting, and contract recruitment workflows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects at once and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events
• In-house recruiter experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
• Familiarity with temporary staffing and workforce planning strategies

• Experience recruiting for technical roles in industrial, materials, and aerospace engineering
• Proficiency with internet recruiting tools and social media platforms for talent sourcing
