Job Description

OneTouch Direct is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to lead talent acquisition and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This onsite role in Tampa, FL partners with teams to staff roles at the Brandon, FL office, shaping the growth trajectory of the organization while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the Brandon, FL office.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to the Brandon, FL talent market by utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting expertise and guidance.
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruiting process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Stay updated on local labor market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies in the Brandon area.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality candidates in the Brandon market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of local job market trends in Brandon, FL is a plus
