Recruiter

In-office, high-volume agency recruiter role focused on sourcing and placing educational professionals for school districts nationwide, based in Oldsmar, FL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee open roles and candidate pipelines from the start of each search
• Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates to fill urgent postings
• Develop and sustain a ready-now bench of qualified talent for quick conversions
• Align candidate qualifications with district requirements with speed and accuracy
• Maintain steady submission activity and achieve weekly recruiting targets
• Collaborate with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth, on-time starts
• Keep candidate records organized and up-to-date in internal systems

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency
• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work fully onsite in Oldsmar, FL
