Staffing Recruiter

Join a full-time Staffing Recruiter team in Clermont, FL and help connect local talent with the right roles. This onsite position is designed for someone who enjoys the day-to-day work of recruiting, coordinating placements, and keeping both clients and candidates informed throughout the process. Compensation starts at $40,000 per year with incentives, and the role supports a structured recruiting workflow with clear communication and ongoing relationship building.

What you’ll do

• Sourcing qualified candidates for current client openings
• Conducting interviews to evaluate fit for available roles
• Matching candidates to client job openings based on client needs
• Building relationships with both clients and candidates to support repeat staffing needs
• Managing the placement process from candidate sourcing through placement
• Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved
• Fostering professional connections to support successful staffing solutions for clients and job seekers

What you bring

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruiting (internal or staffing); agency experience preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients
• Proficiency in identifying, hiring, and placing candidates into roles aligned with client requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Plus: familiarity with employment laws and staffing industry best practices
• Detail-oriented and reliable with the ability to keep organized candidate and client records
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Capacity to prioritize urgent requests and handle changing demands
• Comfort working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Light industrial, warehouse, clerical, or entry-level staffing experience
