Real Estate Talent Acquisition - Recruiter

Century 21 Tenace Realty is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to run recruiting efforts from the Coral Springs office and grow agent relationships across South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Recruit licensed real estate professionals throughout South Florida
• Build long-term relationships with prospective agents through networking, phone calls, referrals, social media, events, and office tours
• Conduct interviews and provide career consultations
• Develop and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline using the company CRM
• Coordinate recruiting events, networking opportunities, and brokerage presentations
• Partner with leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives
• Support and strengthen the culture that has driven the company’s success for over four decades

Requirements

• Experienced recruiter
• Comfortable with networking and making outbound calls
• Highly motivated and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Professional approach with a relationship-driven mindset
• Bilingual (English & Spanish REQUIRED)

• Pay: USD 20–22 per hour (based on experience)
• Bonus: Performance-Based Bonus Program
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
