Real Estate Brokerage Recruiter and Manager

This is a high impact leadership role focused on driving growth, productivity, and recruiting for a Keller Williams brokerage in the Seattle area. The position emphasizes recruiting top real estate talent, coaching agents, expanding office operations, and fostering a collaborative, Growth-minded culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit top real estate agents through networking, relationship-building, social media, events, and strategic outreach
• Conduct career consultations and interviews with prospective agents
• Build and maintain strong recruiting pipelines and agent relationships
• Drive office growth through consistent recruiting activities and retention efforts
• Coach and consult agents on lead generation, productivity, goal setting, and business growth
• Lead weekly trainings, sales meetings, and accountability conversations
• Support onboarding and integration of new agents into the brokerage
• Monitor recruiting and productivity metrics to identify opportunities and improve results
• Stay current on local market trends and industry best practices
• Foster a positive, growth oriented, and collaborative office culture

Requirements

• Active Washington State Real Estate License required
• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, recruiting, leadership, coaching, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to influence, motivate, and connect with people
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results
• Comfortable leading meetings, coaching conversations, and recruiting appointments
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems, social media, and recruiting tools

Compensation
