Physician and APP Recruiter

In this role under the Manager Provider Services, you will drive full lifecycle recruitment and retention for APPs and physicians across PPG and Parkview Health.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and retention efforts for APPs and physicians supporting PPG and the Health System
• Coordinate recruiting activities with PPG lines of business and Parkview Health Service Lines
• Partner with the Manager Provider Services, PPG, Service Line Leadership, and other system leaders to align APP and physician hiring with the system’s growth strategies
• Complete professional and administrative tasks that support the full lifecycle of APP and physician recruiting
• Maintain strong working relationships with candidates, leaders, and the community at-large
