Job Description
Southridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Nurse Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead RN and LPN recruitment across West Michigan. This onsite role in Byron Center, MI partners with our clinical teams to build strong nursing capacity through thoughtful recruitment plans, targeted postings, effective interviewing, salary negotiations, and strict compliance with hospital and employment standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our caregiving teams and supporting positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for RNs and LPNs across the West Michigan market
- Develop and implement recruitment plans, advertising programs, metrics, and related initiatives
- Post requisitions directly
- Source and interview candidates
- Negotiate salaries
- Hire qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements, and applicable employment laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a health care related field from an accredited institution, required
- Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a healthcare setting, required; three to five years preferred
