Move Consultant – Sales & Recruiting
Job Description
Working Men Moving LLC is hiring an experienced sales professional to help close moving jobs and support the team behind each move. This hybrid role in San Ramon, CA 94583 combines sales and recruiting, with training and ongoing support so you can build momentum on both sides of the process.

What you’ll do
This position blends customer-facing sales tasks with hiring support for the crews needed to complete moves.
- Quote, follow up, and book moves
- Manage leads and estimates in SmartMoving
- Generate your own leads and attend occasional sales events
- Help post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
What you’ll need
- Moving industry sales experience
- SmartMoving experience
- Some hiring/recruiting experience
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Valid CA driver’s license
