Skilled Trades Recruiter

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter in Wilmington, DE (onsite) to support national hiring for skilled trades and operations teams during a period of rapid expansion. This role centers on sourcing, engaging, and advancing qualified candidates while partnering with department leadership to achieve recruitment goals in a metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities and timelines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment by tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and support a smooth hiring process.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates to improve their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in the office full time.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills, along with effective verbal and written communication and strong follow-up.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates to support a smooth recruitment process.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred.
• Openness to guidance and mentorship, with focus on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail.

Compensation

Annual base salary: USD 75,000 to 90,000 (base salary plus commission).
