Manager, Talent Acquisition - Campus Recruiting
Job Description
Based in Plano, TX, this hybrid Manager, Talent Acquisition role leads US campus recruiting and full lifecycle talent acquisition for Ryan, LLC.
Responsibilities
- Oversee timely recruitment and placement of internal and external candidates across entry-level to executive roles for Ryan, LLC in the US locations.
- Develop, coordinate, implement, evaluate, and administer Ryan, LLC's recruiting processes and procedures.
- Lead a team of entry-level and full-cycle recruiters supporting Ryan, LLC in the United States.
- Provide complete, accurate, and engaging information to candidates about the company, strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectations.
- Manage job requisitions and the project workload for self and team members.
- Collaborate closely with all business units and leadership to anticipate and meet talent needs and keep stakeholders engaged in the recruiting process.
- Perform needs analyses with hiring managers to plan current and future staffing requirements.
- Hold regular follow-up meetings with the recruiting team and hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment plan.
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive talent landscape.
- Proactively gather benchmarking data through networking and formal sources to understand market position.
- Own the fulfillment of key job requisitions.
- Design and execute effective recruiting strategies and innovative approaches to stay competitive in a dynamic market.
- Choose optimal sourcing channels to fill roles with top talent within appropriate timelines to minimize business disruption.
- Coordinate presentation, selection, offers, negotiation, closing, and administrative tasks across full lifecycle recruiting.
- Review submitted resumes and credentials for alignment with position requirements.
- Conduct telephone screenings to further qualify candidates using pre-screening questions developed with the hiring manager.
- Act as a change agent by identifying and recommending process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build solid, objective business cases to support recommendations.
- Ensure the applicant tracking system is used effectively to maintain accurate records and drive timely recruiting activities.
- Maintain recruiting-related metrics as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience leveraging direct sourcing, networking, and online channels to recruit professionals in Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
- Strong consultative abilities to partner with senior managers and professionals and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
- Focused, proactive, positive, and driven with a results-oriented mindset.

- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills suitable for a fast-moving organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise recruiting department staff and administer supervisory activities in line with firm policies and applicable laws.
Work Environment
- Standard indoor setting with occasional extended periods of standing during college recruiting events.
- Regular interactions with employees at all levels, external vendors, university staff, faculty, and candidates.
- Independent travel required, approximately 30 to 40% of the time.
Certificates and Licenses
- Valid driver's license is required.
Computer Skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, plus internet research.
- Experience with ATS and HRMS; working knowledge of Workday is preferred.
