Role overview

As an Installer Sourcing Recruiter, you will identify, assess, and recruit installers across multiple product lines. You will coordinate with Hiring Managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process. This is an onsite position based in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate contractor applicants to confirm they meet licensing, insurance, experience, and quality standards.
  • Assess overall fit by reviewing communication style, professionalism, and alignment with company standards.
  • Proactively identify and recruit top talent through strategic outreach, sourcing, and networking across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to present qualified candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure consistent, timely follow-up.
  • Support market needs by sourcing and recruiting installers across multiple products, including roofing, windows, siding, bath, solar, etc.
  • Maintain well-organized candidate pipelines and detailed documentation for clear visibility and alignment across the team.
