Location: Sunland, CA onsite
Compensation: USD 25.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Keep job postings current across multiple recruiting platforms
- Create a steady inflow of applicants through proactive sourcing
- Recruit via Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, trade schools, and other sourcing channels
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
- Monitor compensation trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices
- Review applications to identify qualified candidates
- Perform phone screenings and initiate candidate outreach
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leaders
- Move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with applicants
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events including job fairs, college and trade school career events, workforce development programs, and community hiring events
- Represent Alpha Structural professionally in the community
- Cultivate relationships with trade schools and recruiting partners
- Maintain organized recruiting records and applicant tracking
- Track lead sources
- Track interviews scheduled
- Track time-to-hire
- Track hires started
- Prepare recruiting activity reports and staffing updates
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using online recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to professionally represent the company at recruiting events
- Bilingual in Spanish required
