Job Description
Capstone Hospice, LLC is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and leadership roles within the organization in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. This onsite role collaborates with leadership to design recruiting strategies, fosters a strong candidate experience, and manages onboarding and regulatory compliance to support a mission-driven hospice team.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for hospice positions, including Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Social Workers, Chaplains, and various administrative roles.
- Oversee applications and process workflows within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract high-quality hospice professionals.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, schools, and community networks.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and guide candidates through pre-employment steps.
- Manage pre-employment screenings and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate orientation sessions in collaboration with the Director of Staff Development.
- Partner with IT to arrange equipment and email setup for new hires.
- Work with the People Support Generalist to ensure onboarding documents meet state guidelines.
- Track licenses, credentials, background checks, and onboarding records.
- Partner with the Chief Clinical Officer to understand staffing and workforce needs.
- Serve as an ambassador for the hospice and its mission, promoting the organization at events.
- Maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical roles.
- Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Promote hospice career opportunities and reflect the organizational culture in outreach.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and community events and support recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience with PHR certification.
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare or hospice settings.
- Knowledge of clinical hiring requirements and credentialing processes.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Paylocity is preferred.
- Understanding of Medicare, CMS, and hospice regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Physical Requirements
- Regular collaboration with colleagues, precise finger dexterity, and adequate hearing and vision (with or without aids). Occasional extended workdays.
- Office setting with exposure to HVAC systems and overhead lighting.
- Daily use of computer equipment and phone.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Sitting 4–8 hours per day at a desk.
- Low risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
