Job Description

This on site, high volume recruiting role supports 24/7 casino and resort operations, performing full cycle recruiting with an applicant tracking system in a fast paced environment.

Airway Heights, Washington (onsite)

Compensation

Hourly wage: USD 22 to USD 25 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Execute full cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant review, structured pre screening interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely non selection communication.
  • Independently manage multiple active requisitions in a fast paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate pre employment steps, including transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and gaming license referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to maintain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and compliance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, responding professionally via phone, email, and in person.

Requirements

  • College degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field.
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on high-volume recruiting experience with independent responsibility for full-cycle recruiting. An equivalent combination of education and demonstrated experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience administering an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting workflows.
  • Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to work on-site in Airway Heights, WA, to support a 24/7 operation.
