Recruiter I

YES Communities is hiring a Recruiter I to help ensure assigned communities are positioned to attract and hire top talent. This onsite role in Farmington Hills, MI partners with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, coordinating screening, interview logistics, and candidate movement while keeping hiring data organized.

The Recruiter I supports efficient hiring by managing applicant flow and ATS records, gathering and acting on feedback, and sharing market intelligence to inform better decisions. The position also emphasizes coaching stakeholders, communicating results promptly, and adapting to changing needs while meeting performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake sessions, post roles, and manage applicant flow to optimize hiring and costs
• Screen and select candidates for hiring manager interview consideration
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and adjust the process as needed
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS
• Educate and coach partners to support an efficient and effective hiring process
• Identify challenges, adapt to overcome them, or escalate when needed
• Engage business partners in creative problem solving
• Maintain positive, professional, and constructive relationships with stakeholders
• Communicate and deliver results quickly and consistently to build trust
• Facilitate regular Regional or Divisional leadership recruiting updates
• Proactively identify opportunities to support peers and business partners
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
• Contribute to team initiatives and consistently model team values and behaviors
• Adapt constructively to change

Compensation and Experience

• Salary: USD 60,000 - 63,000 per year
• Minimum experience: 2 years
