Field Recruiter
Job Description
In this Field Recruiter role with dnata Catering, you will drive end-to-end recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions within a centralized governance framework that enables decentralized execution across the U.S. operation. You will act as the primary talent advisor to your assigned business unit, partnering with leadership to ensure workforce readiness and meet hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles across the assigned business unit.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Operations Leaders, and People & Culture to understand workforce needs and craft proactive recruiting strategies.
- Recruit for high-volume frontline operational positions as well as professional and management-level roles.
- Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, timelines, compensation, and candidate profiles.
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and recruitment events.
- Use Dayforce, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational fit.
- Present qualified candidates and provide consultative recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Experience operating within structured recruiting workflows and KPI-driven environments.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Dayforce experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills for sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with candidates across multiple channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication, plus interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification required within 60 days of hire.
- Master Trainer certification required within 180 days of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 5% as business needs require.
