Experienced Recruiter at ExxonMobil responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building talent pipelines in a global team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to set hiring strategies, define role requirements and candidate profiles; lead intake sessions and verify requisitions.
- Coordinate sourcing plans with business goals and partner with sourcing teams to develop robust talent pipelines.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings through candidate screening to delivering high-quality shortlists.
- Share market intelligence such as talent trends and compensation benchmarks to guide hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and drive ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resoures, Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across diverse industries and functions.
- Proficient at sourcing independently and creatively beyond traditional channels such as LinkedIn.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.
- Positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Passionate about people with a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
