Job Description
North Bridge Staffing is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator for an onsite role in Midtown Manhattan. This position supports executive level hiring, coordinates complex interviews, and manages candidate pipelines within a high performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for senior and leadership positions.
- Schedule intricate interviews across multiple time zones and with senior stakeholders.
- Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for candidates to ensure a seamless, white-glove experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate hiring updates and next steps to internal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
- Prepare offer documents and facilitate the pre onboarding process.
- Support HR and recruiting projects, process improvements, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, executive assistant, or client-facing roles in finance, consulting, law, or other professional services.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Executive presence and strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, confident demeanor.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and comfort with complex calendar scheduling.
