Entry Level Recruiter

GPac is hiring for an Entry Level Recruiter role in Grand Forks, ND (onsite). This is a commission-driven position focused on connecting the right candidates to the right teams, with training, tools, and ongoing coaching provided as you ramp up.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting activities in partnership with clients and candidates, including sourcing, qualification, coordination for interviews, and support through the offer stage. The compensation plan offers a base salary range along with commission potential tied to your production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to help fill urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates and support placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials effectively
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews
• Assist in negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfort with establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• Degree preferred, not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements

Compensation

• $45,000 - $150,000 per year
• Commission-driven opportunity to earn 30-75% of production

GPac training and support: Previous recruiting experience is not required, since GPac provides training, tools, resources, and support to help you reach your individual earning goals. The role includes continuous coaching and guidance after you join the team.
