In this role, you will support recruiting needs across government, defense, and cleared contracting environments, leveraging access to GSA opportunities and federal clients. The platform comes with tools, tech, and training to launch fast, plus ongoing mentorship and national brand backing to help you build and sustain your desk.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a full-desk recruiting business in the government sector under GSA contracts.
• Engage with recruiting opportunities connected to GSA opportunities and federal clients.
• Use the provided tools, tech, and training to support execution from launch onward.

Requirements

• Experience in government, defense, or cleared contracting.

Compensation & Location

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 per yearly

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (remote)

Compensation model: 100% commission-based, with unlimited earning potential and no cap.
