Recruiter

Goodwin Recruiting is hiring a Recruiter to help build a full-desk recruiting business focused on the government sector. This role is 100% remote and commission-based, with access to GSA opportunities and federal clients. You will be supported with tools, tech, and training to launch quickly, along with ongoing mentorship and backing from a national brand.

What you’ll do

You will focus on starting and growing your own recruiting operation within the government space, building a pipeline and supporting client and candidate needs end to end.
