Recruiter

Goodwin Recruiting supports independent recruiting partners who run their own recruiting practices through Goodwin’s platform. This contract role is structured on a 100% commission basis, with tools, training, and operational support provided so you can build and grow your practice.

Compensation

• Salary Range: USD 100,000 - 200,000 per year
• Commission Model: 100% commission business with no cap
• Earnings: partners keep roughly half of what they bill

How the Role Works

Goodwin Recruiting partners operate as independent, self-employed recruiting practices on Goodwin’s platform. Goodwin funds recruiting tools, training, and infrastructure, while partners earn approximately half of their billing.

Required Profile

• A self-starter with experience in sales, operations, or other relationship-driven careers
• Someone prepared to build something of their own and treat it like a business
• A relationship builder who can connect with an industry and the people within it
• Willingness to put in the work

Contracting and Administrative Notes
