Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Lead end-to-end recruiting and organizational development efforts as a senior talent acquisition leader in Glendale.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and specialized positions
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines
- Improve employer brand presence and elevate the end-to-end candidate experience
- Partner with external recruiters and staffing agencies, maintaining relationships to support ongoing hiring requirements
- Create and execute sourcing strategies designed to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
- Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning
- Work with managers to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted development solutions
- Evaluate organizational needs and recommend approaches to strengthen culture, engagement, and retention
- Track and assess the effectiveness of training and organizational development initiatives, refining programs based on results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, etc.
- Preferred: Advanced degree (MS, MBA, JD) with emphasis in Leadership, Psychology, or Organizational Development
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or development
- Required: At least 3 years in a senior or strategic role
- Preferred: Professional Services industry experience, specifically within a growth-oriented law firm
- Proven background in organizational development, training, and/or talent management
- Strong business acumen with ability to align People strategy to organizational goals
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
