Job Description

Onsite in Ontario, CA, this leadership role directs Veronica's Insurance agent recruitment activities, overseeing the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and building scalable systems to consistently attract top-performing agents.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company-wide strategy for recruiting insurance agents that aligns with growth objectives.
  • Build a predictable recruiting pipeline to sustain ongoing agent expansion.
  • Set recruiting goals, KPIs, dashboards, and robust reporting systems to monitor performance.
  • Lead and manage recruiters, coordinators, and recruiting support staff.
  • Establish recruiting standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
  • Own the entire recruiting funnel, including:
    • Lead generation
    • Candidate sourcing
    • Initial screening
    • Interviews
    • Assessments
    • Licensing process coordination
    • Onboarding handoff
  • Identify and attract high-potential insurance agents through multiple channels:
    • Social media recruiting
    • Referral programs
    • Job platforms
    • Networking
    • Community partnerships
    • Recruiting events
  • Foster relationships with candidates and strengthen the employer brand to support long-term talent attraction.

Requirements

  • Strategic recruiter and people leader with a track record of scaling recruiting efforts
  • Ability to build a scalable recruiting engine
  • Capacity to develop and implement recruiting processes
  • Experience managing recruiting performance metrics
  • Ability to partner with leadership to support company growth goals
