Contract Recruiter

Contract Recruiter role at Ayar Labs focused on proactive sourcing and pipeline building for deeply technical engineering positions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and proactively source qualified candidates for engineering roles
• Execute direct sourcing outreach, with emphasis on LinkedIn
• Use Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche semiconductor community platforms
• Provide responses to initial candidate questions, as needed
• Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to build a pipeline over the next 6 months
• Maintain urgency while applying sound judgement to protect quality standards
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in semiconductors, electronics and/or optical communications
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to learn and communicate complex technical information
• 4+ years of experience directly sourcing engineers using LinkedIn

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a tech startup
• Prior experience in a recruiting firm
• Experience with Paycor
